By accessing or participating in ENpower programs or IFT, users agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Eligibility

3. Use of Platform

Users agree to:

5. Intellectual Property

6. Program Rules (IFT-specific)

  • check_circle Decisions of judges and evaluators are final
  • check_circle Participation does not guarantee awards, funding, or recognition

7. Media & Publicity

Participants may be featured in:

  • check_circle Marketing, media, and communication materials

8. Limitation of Liability

ENpower is not liable for:

  • check_circle Actions of third parties (mentors, partners, etc.)
  • check_circle Outcomes of participation (e.g., funding, recognition)

9. Termination

ENpower reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation in case of misuse or violation of terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
